I had such a wonderful experience at Venchi Paragon! The ice cream was, of course, amazing—smooth, rich, and full of flavor (their chocolate is a must-try). But what really stood out to me was the service. The staff Jay were warm, patient, and attentive. He took the time to explain the different flavors and even offered recommendations based on what I like, which made the whole experience feel personal. It’s not just about enjoying a scoop of gelato here—it feels like a treat from start to finish. From the friendly smiles to the beautifully presented cones, every detail made me feel welcomed. I’ll definitely be back again, both for the ice cream and the lovely service by Jay!

Went to this VENCHI outlet and met this very friendly and customer-oriented staff Jay again. Superb service as always - he recommended other flavors for me to try and I always loved gelato and chocs from here! Again, you did a super great job, Jay! Will come and hang-out here more often.
