Recently visited this branch to get some help regarding the UOB promotions and account openings. Ashley helped my partner and I and she was extremely friendly and even went out of her way to help us. She offered solutions and helped to follow-up accordingly. It was honestly the best interactions I've ever had with a banking consultant.

With the death of the relative, I had to effect the closure of several term deposit accounts. Vi was extremely helpful, guiding me through the process of closure as well as the setting up of an estate account (where the proceeds could be transferred to). Not only that, she went through each of the term deposits and let me know exactly how much the penalties would be for early closure. Because of her expertise and guidance, I was able to accomplish everything I needed to do, especially given that I had all the necessary information I needed to serve the wishes of the deceased. Good service, professional. I opened a debit card using about an hour, very efficient. But may be a little bit difficult to find for people first time go there.

Visited on a Saturday at around 12.45pm. Staff at the entrance of the branch was proactive and helpful, registering my number for the queue. Service staff Ms Ng assisted me in card and account related matters expediently and politely, even though I asked quite a handful of questions. Done with my whole visit by about 2.20pm. Seems like they are improving their service, worth to go down to get relevant matters addressed if the customer service hotline and chatbot services are inadequate to solve your problem. Best to go and get it done at one shot 👍
