Terrible service. Walked into the store and was completely ignored while the staff stood behind the counter staring instead of offering help. The person serving me appeared to be the manager (the other staff looked much younger), which makes this even more disappointing. After declining a donation at checkout, I was met with an attitude..no thank you, no basic courtesy. Ruined my Christmas shopping experience. Would not recommend…….went to other stores before, staff were okay but this fella made me not want to shop at this place anymore ..

one of our favourite typo stores! the staff never fail to be very nice and friendly, and there are also regular new and fun collections with adorable items including rugs, robes, mugs and notebooks! we would definitely recommend spending a little extra money on these adorable stationery!

Least favorite place to shop where consumers feel compelled to donate, even though the decision ultimately remains their choice. With staff who appear to subtly yet persistently pressure customers for the membership enrollment and donations.

I recently purchased two Typo bags, but unfortunately, one of them had a defective zipper. However, I must say that the customer service I received was exceptional. They were kind enough to exchange the defective bag and even helped me with the process. Appreciate the excellent service,

as per my last visit on 26th November 2021, entire store clerk are very friendly and enthusiastic in helping despite the crowd. One staff, siti nurhanisah was just beyond great, she's so friendly (not pushy) and helpful in assisting. Her service quite easily exceed anything I'd ever encounter in singapore store, well done!

Good selection of stationary items, but a small store that can get very crowded and unpleasant to navigate around when it's crowded. Also a reco to wait for a sale as the items themselves are very expensive otherwise. They are also wary about returning items bought online and receiving a cash refund even though that is what is communicated on their policy.

I have never given any 1 star in the past before but the customer service I have received today at 313 typo earlier today was surprisingly negative. I was just in a rush and buying a BD card for my friend, after chasing me for my email address which I couldn’t recall and I said politely that I was just buying card and it is okay, the staff got really upset and didn’t even want to response to me for any thing anymore which I feel it was so ridiculous.

I've bought 2 typo Tumblr cups within only last 2 weeks and 1 of them spoilt (the cap just broke by itself). They refused to give us a refund / exchange for the spoilt cup because we threw the receipt away. Bad customer service. Will not recommend anyone to buy from them again.

A good selection of stuff but quite expensive. The greetings cards are particularly expensive (although they do tend to have a good selection). Would actually frequent it much more often if only the prices were reasonable.
