I highly recommend Emperor Watch and Jonathan. I am fortunate to meet Jonathan while looking for my first luxury timepiece since the start of the year. Obviously, I didn’t buy any watch for many months as I wanted to take my time to study and research before committing to a luxury timepiece. Jonathan was friendly, patient and professional in all my interactions from many visits I made to shop and attended by Jonathan in every occasion. I finally found my grail Tudor piece, which was recommended by Jonathan and I love it from the first moment he unboxed. Thank you Jonathan and Emperor Watch.

This is my second visit to the boutique after receiving another surprise text from Sabrina. I really would like to compliment on her impeccable service as I just happened to find out that she was following up with me even on her off day to check whether I'm keen to pick up the piece that was allocated to me. Her dedication to her clients is simply astounding!
On top of that while I was in the store, I wasn't just there to just pick up a watch. Sabrina made me felt so comfortable that I felt like I was just at home chatting with a long lost friend about my Tudor collection and she definitely wasn't stingy about sharing with me on all her knowledge on watches and how to take care of them.
Thank you Emperor Watch for having Sabrina to serve and guide me with my new found hobby! I will definitely be supporting Emperor Watch in many years to come.

I have been to all ADs in Singapore and several overseas, but I have not met any sales persons quite as much as Ms. Vision Lee. Her sincerity and eagerness to serve is really second to none. She follows up and provides update promptly on every watch I am interested in buying. Her impeccable service impressed me and even my wife. Had a very wonderful experience here, Shereen was very patient in helping me with my purchase of this watch which I have been in search since its launch! She is very knowledgeable as well! 10/10 will recommend and will come back again to purchase in the future!

Very pleasant experience with Darren, who was patient and helpful. He helped me secure the Tudor Black Bay 54 37mm, which was out of stock and hard to find. 10/10 I would recommend to go down to the store for his services.

Walked into this boutique today and was warmly welcomed by Ms. Vision Lee. Although I did not made any purchase as the watch I am looking for is not available. Ms. Lee made me felt very nice and comfortable. She also invited me to register myself in the interest list for the watch I am interested. Thank you Ms. Lee. I had a great experience at Emperor Watch and Jewellry. Jonathan was very attentive, professional, patient, and friendly. He gave great advice as I found it hard to make a decision between a couple of watches and he made it easier for me to choose. I purchased the Tudor Black Bay31 with the blue dial, and I am in love with it. Would definitely recommend this shop as I am very happy with their service.

Don’t usually write reviews - Couldn’t resist to write this review because Xavier went out of his way to serve. Very knowledgeable about Tudor and encouraged me to aspire to own a Rolex in the future and educated me about the different brands.
Very impressed and looking forward to shopping more with this boutique and Xavier.
