I discovered Dr. Carmen through Truglow Aesthetic Clinic's Instagram videos. Her explanations really resonated with me, so I decided to give it a try. I recently had Skinvive treatment with Dr. Carmen, and she was incredibly patient, professional, and friendly. The entire experience was very comfortable. The staff, including Cody and Stella, were also very helpful and welcoming. They didn't push any hard sales, just tailored the treatment to my needs. Highly recommend this clinic!

Went here for the Rejuran healer treatment. Dr Stella and Dr Carmen ensure that you feel comfortable even though the injections are really painful. The staff is warm and friendly. Cody and Mavis walked me through different procedures without having to hard sell anything to me. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to get their facial treatment done.

Truglow clinic provides excellent service. Dr. Carmen and Therapist Emmy are both very caring and attentive. They take the time to explain everything in detail, which makes me feel well cared for and assured. Truly a great experience.

Did Rejuran Healer with Dr. Carmen using an injector gun—she was gentle and reassuring. The treatment was smooth, and my skin feels better. Her team Cody, Stella, and Emmy were also friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
