I have been a regular customer since Dec 2024. Very professional service provided by Fagan & Carrie. Transparent pricing. The staff shared their experience on how to better care for my hair and scalp. Microneedling treatment showed noticeable results and my hair looks fuller now.

my hair stylist - Fagan was rly professional & knowledgable! she gave me lots of hair care tips & products tht would help my frizzy hair. the hair treatment i did for my frizzy hair was amazing as well, my hair felt so soft & so much easier to comb through my hair with lesser tangles. highly recommend to try their hair treatment!

An enjoyable and memorable experience! I have been going for regular hair treatment sessions at TrichoLab Wheelock and my experience thus far has been wonderful. Special shout-out to my hair therapist, Kerin! She is professional, attentive, and always makes me feel comfortable during each session. Received lotsa helpful advice for my hair care routine and not forgetting small chit-chats which makes each session comfy. I’ve noticed real improvements in the health of my scalp and hair since starting my sessions. Simply the best head spa and scalp treatment center in Singapore. The Milbon hair treatment also left my hair soft and supple. The ambience is cozy and super aesthetic, you feel super relaxed immediately after stepping into this sanctuary. Staff are warm, friendly and professional. I did my hair cut, colour and TrichoLuxe head spa here and it was so soothing and therapeutic. Super shiok and highly recommended!

Been battling scalp eczema for over a year, and happy to report it’s now under control and has improved under the care of Jia Qi at TrichoLab. She’s incredibly friendly and patient and I always look forward to the massages and being pampered during my visits to TrichoLab.
