Fast and good service by Uncle. Visited on a Saturday evening and there was a few people in front. Queue moved pretty fast though. Friendly, and takes his time to explain each detail to customers. Uncle has a lot of experience with Rolex watches, as can be seen from all his collections on display too. Some might even say that he has more vintage and current Rolex watches on display than most boutiques around the world….

Mr Lim an ex-Rolex tech with a big heart. He is my to-go man for authentication. I love how attentive he is, he takes his time to inspect every watch he is presented. He definitely know watches, and will continue supporting him. Can feel his passion not only about watches, but a heart to keep things affordable and reasonable in his trade. <3

My go to watch shop whenever I have issues with my luxury watches. Be sure to look for Uncle Lim whom is both knowledgeable and skillful in this aspect. Be sure to be prepared to wait a while for your turn especially when you see a queue snaking out of the shop.

Mr Lim is truly knowledgeable about his trade, told him the issue I had with my watch , and before I could explain further,he had the watch opened and told me the cause, and on top of that , the service fee charged was very Reasonable, will definitely go back if I need anything done on my watches.

Brought my 116710LN (2012) for authentication at Top hour today. No queue and whole process only took 15 mins. Friendly Mr Lim took time to explain how to adjust the gmt hand etc and when I asked him if my watch needs servicing he told me there’s no need to since the watch is in great condition. No hard sell at all! Would strongly recommend Mr Lim if you need to repair/service/authenticate watch. You get to see his collection of vintage watches too! Thumbs up
