Professional services and conveniently located in central area. I did my braces there and the doctor was friendly and patient throughout. My child also feels very comfortable with the doctor despite his fear of visiting the dentist, overall a wonderful experience :)

Dr Chong is a professional and dedicated Dentist. He makes sure his patients have minimal discomfort during procedure. He took away the fear I had for years of going to a dentist. Now my whole family visit Tooth Art Dental Centre.

My old neighbour, Dr. Low Huey Moon (Head of the Prosthodontics Department and the Director of the artificial eye unit at KTP Hospital), highly recommended Dr. Chong to me when I was looking for a good dentist for my family. Dr. Chong is a very personable, humble and helpful medical professional. I can recall at least two instances where Dr. Chong demonstrated these wonderful traits. A few years back, my friend’s handicapped son fell and broke his front teeth. Since the young boy is a handicapped person and there can be complications - Dr. Chong patiently explained to me the implications and directed me to the right source, despite the fact that it was a Sunday night. He sees me as a friend and not just his patient. Another occasion happened recently, my family was vacationing overseas, the hotel staff accidentally threw away my daughter’s retainer. Again Dr. Chong came to the rescue, he instructed his staff to give a me the replacement cost of the retainer with official invoice immediately so that I could claim it from the hotel. All these really show my family that he is a very caring and thoughtful person. To me, he is my friend first then my dentist. Over the years, I have recommended people to ToothArt and will definitely continue to do so. In fact, all my four children will have their braces done by Dr. Chong. I am sure my grandchildren would too :).

I've been going to Tooth Art Dental Centre since 2012. I find Dr Howard Low, the dentist that I see, is very good in taking care of my teeth and also in being reasonable in his service.
For example, today I went for the routine six month cleaning. I also mentioned to him that I had a tooth ache whenever I brushed my teeth. He took an x-ray and told me that we should wait bc he didn't see anything wrong with my teeth. After examinig my teeth, he informed me that there is no need to clean bc my teeth are in good shape.
He could have easily charge a cleaning for me but instead I left the appointment only to pay for the x-ray.
I would easily recommend Tooth Art to anyone who wants the best oral care without getting rip off.
