Met Wan Ying at paragon, bought a jacket but return a while later asked to change the size. As they do not have the stock there, she took the initiative going the extra mile by running over to Takashimaya & get it change for me, even though is close to their closing time around 9.30pm. Excellent service! Will definitely be back! Thumbs up!

Was attended by Wan Ying at the Paragon branch. Very pleased with the exceptional service provided by her. She is friendly, attentive and patient to customer needs. Will definitely come back to paragon outlet to patronise.

Only giving 4 stars because the lady in black top was really helpful and attentive. Walked into the store at 4+pm today and there was this Chinese lady (striped top) who was totally unhelpful. Asked her for size recommendation for someone slightly bigger in size than me and she gave a a HUH? Then proceeds to walk away. Made me feel totally unwelcomed

That fat Filipino lady who wore pink today (long ugly golden coloured hair) was extremely rude! Showing us her poker face all the way, just because it’s an exchange doesn’t mean you need not provide good service! At least the China lady is polite enough to assist! Will not patronise this store in future!
