Don't make coffee properly, skip steps and don't take feedback. No wonder one of the lowest rated outlets with 2.5stars and going lower. As another customer pointed out, the staff with tag 孟 has serious attitude problem. Casually washed a cup without detergent and just poured coffee into it

🍜 A Mie Siam Pilgrimage… Mostly Worth It! 🏃♀️ After craving the Mie Siam from Toast Box’s Ion outlet (RIP 💔), I chased a tip from their staff to Wheelock – and voilà! Scored a steaming, fresh bowl for $7.70 (oof, inflation hits even nostalgia 😂). The bihun soup? Just as tangy, spicy, and shrimp-paste magical, as I remembered! 🦐✨ The café itself is cozy-modern, though the aircon could’ve fought Singapore’s heat a tad harder. 🌡️ Pricey? Sure. Regrets? Zero. Pro tip: Bring a fan… and a friend to split the joy (and bill!). 😄💸

Curry chicken was an easy dish but was disappointing. It was warm only, and chicken wings was not well seasoned and dont tasted fresh. Potato was big but hard. Total 3 pieces and tasteless. Rice was room temp.

Used to like Toastbox. Gotten pricey. My wife enjoyed the chicken curry. We’ve stopped because the prices we pay totally don’t justify the serving portions. Now I’m at the Wheelock outlet. Paid $3.20 for a large kopi. I’m ok with that. I CHOSE to buy it. Table was dirty. Cashier asked me to get help from tray deposit point. The cloth used left my table wet. When I pointed this out, staff asked me to help myself to the tissue paper provided at the counter to dry my table. Does this sound like a one-star experience? I think so.

The coffee chain owned by Breadtalk group. There's a Breadtalk shop adjacent to it and baking kitchen are shared among the two outlets. The place is newly opened. Place was spacious and bright, fully airconditioned, situated at Basement 2 of Wheelock Place shopping mall. Sits approximately 40+ pax. Serves hot food (local foods) and cakes plus the usual affairs (toasts, soft boiled eggs, etc). Service was fast, price was standard. Expect queue as the place is new.

I ordered Kopi Telok but it tasted so diluted. I’m usually v happy w Toastbox standard but this is by far the WORST kopi - my peanut thick toast only came 12 minutes later n it looks flattened. I asked the girl if she’s forgotten she shot me a look n gestured to the bread on the grill.

Nice new Toast Box outlet tucked away behind Nam-Nam in the passage to the car park on B2. Came here to enjoy a breakfast set - kopi c kosong, soft boiled eggs with dark soy sauce and butter sugar toast! Perfect as always!

Great usual set A. Sizeable coffee quantity. You can also pick up snacks from the Breadtalk store next door as long as you're eating at Toast Box.

I visited today and noticed that one of your male staff members was struggling to concentrate and made multiple mistakes in his orders. I’m not here to complain, but I kindly request that you ensure his well-being. While I’m disappointed with the way he treated me, I genuinely hope he’s doing okay.

Didn’t enjoy this Toast Box at all. The toast was stale. Worst prawn noodles I tried, mee sian was ok. Seems pretty short handed & tables were very dirty.
