Staff is very friendly. Walked into about an hour before they are able to close. Took very long to decide what to get. But staff was very patience and also help in the decision making and recommendations.

Just bought my first watch from Tissot, the PRC 100 Solar, at Tissot Ion Orchard. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience in the store. I was especially delighted with the assistance of Zhan Cheng. He was very helpful in showing me the different watches available and was patient in answering all my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Tissot Ion to anyone wanting to get their hands on a Swiss-made watch. Cheers!

Was very well taken care of by the service staff. Came here to look for a graduation gift and the staff was very patient, despite us going back and forth about the various sizes and dial colors. Will definitely revisit again. Thank you!

Great services, friendly and great experience with the staff here. Even has interest free installment for 6 or 12 months! Most importantly got a pretty watch for my bf.
