Tiong Bahru Bakery is a slice of happiness and joy. Every bite of the legendary croissant—is pure perfection: flaky, buttery, unforgettable. The aroma of fresh pastries fills the air, matched by warm, effortless service. A must-visit haven for coffee lovers and pastry purists alike. Simply divine. Aunt Neo’s exceptional customer care makes every visit even more delightful.

Food and drink are mediocre. However, they charge 10% service charges but the customers have to look for the table themselves, queue to order at the cashier, and bring the food to their own table. The staff only bring the coffee to you. The place is stuffy and hot too. I always wonder is this 10% service charge justifiable?

Can be quite crowded during weekends. Nice and relaxing atmosphere but air con is based on the mall aircon which may not be strong. Recommended for a short rest or coffee

Ordered Capuccino for the coffee and Salted Egg Cruffin for the pastry. I asked for low fat milk and extra hot for the coffee (because usually the coffee will just came lukewarm only). So whenever I visit TBB I always asked for extra hot. Service was slow, as we saw the pastry was ready at the counter after reheated but didn’t see staff attending the counter to deliver the food, so it’s been sitting there for a while. So when the food came to our table it was cold already. Maybe next time we will just self-service to collect ourselves from the counter directly once we saw it’s ready (even though they charge us with 10% service charge). Coffee was still quite hot when it came to our table. Appreciate the barista to see my “extra hot” request. The Salted Egg Cruffin was good actually. Pastry dough was flaky and the salted egg custard filling inside was nice. But it would be nicer if it’s warm enough. Coffee was good as usual. Atmosphere is okay, just the service needs to be improved. The cups for plain water from the dispenser were already finished/empty for quite long, but they did not replenish it, until we had to wait for the barista to be free and asked for a cup.

We came on a Friday morning looking for a good breakfast and a place to chill and rest. We found Tiong Bahru Bakery to be a cosy place with good food. The service was courteous, and ambience great. The food was fragrant and warm. Coffee was brewed and delivered with table service. Very nice will come again.

It's good but could be better. Food is good. Not the usual big chain offerings, so it is a nice change. Free for water from dispenser is much welcomed. Service is ok. The cleaning staff was grumbling about the glass door. Not at us but still not necessary. Just fix the door! The place is nice but crowded.

My first visit to Tiong Bahru Bakery Centrepoint. Had a lovely Almond Croissant. Yummy piece of almond croissant. Very crispy on the outside and has a generous amount almond paste on the inside. Has good amount of seats. Lovely place to have coffee and pastry.

It’s my first to the store. Good spirit till I got here…. Coffee machine not working, no one’s fault however when I ask for a replacement for the Sip & Stroll complimentary beverage, the staff asks me to go to Foothills ‼️ Are you alright? For free beverage, I have to travel to another outlet???!!! Really I asked if can do tea instead The staff was so reluctant saying the coffee machine not working it’s not her fault so it’s mine? ‼️when Finally she agreed to do tea instead but no ice tea cause she punched in as latte & cannot redo the receipt‼️ What I like to highlight here:- Recovery Service could have been handled more professionally Your machine or whatever isn’t available, stop sending clients out of the store‼️ offer alternative. Perhaps a better training on clients service. What I received this morning totally uncalled for. I came for a quiet relaxing morning not to argue or have to beg you for the beverage. There’s Starbucks just outside your store. I do hope better training also for your other branches. Like Foothills and Plaza Singapura I never gotten such service at common man quayside

My first visit to Tiong Bahru Bakery at Centrepoint was a delightful experience. I ordered the pain au chocolat and a hot chocolate, and both were absolutely delicious. We also tried the flourless chocolate cake, which was equally amazing. The place has a charming, classic look that makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy great pastries.

Absolutely disaster place. No AC, people made to sit outside while inside host many non-buying shopper. You can hear staffs literally complaining about overworking. Tables are designed without thoughts. See photo. We will stay away from this badly managed cafe as 3 coffee & a small bun fly the cost to nearly $30. Definitely a rip-off place Thank you for your reply. We have definitely eaten better pastries than those cold items in your bakery. It is not a price issue, rather this cafe obviously has over rated itself so much that it doesn't match the actual experience. Too 👎
