Title: Exceptional Customer Service and Quality Products!
I've been a returning customer and this time I purchased a land yard via Shopee. After a recent post customer service recovery, I wish to compliment and thank her, the experience was seamless.
The products, as always, are top-notch—consistent quality and great value for money. What really stood out this time, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. I walked in to Wisma Outlet on 27 July 2024 for a product concern and the staff (sorry I didn’t get her name). She was incredibly understanding and patient, guiding me through the selection process with genuine care and professionalism. Their attentiveness made me feel valued as a customer.
It's rare to find a company that not only delivers excellent products but also goes above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend theimprint to anyone looking for quality and reliability. Keep up the great work!

My boss gave me a tumbler last Christmas. I accidentally drop it and broke the cover. Thankfully, TheImprint provided a lifetime warranty for broken cover. I got my replacement cover hassle-free. Excellent service! Thank you so much.

Bought a set of thermal tumbler and cup. Quality is very good, kept my drink hot for the whole day. Also managed to personalized my name on it. Bought many products from them previously and all are good quality.

Liked their products and quality - but the sales lady at the counter was rude. She delayed the order and when I expressed disappointment- she shot back at me that these things take time!! So rude lah! Could have apologised and requested nicely for more time right?
