My usual place to get my nails done. The ladies here are really sweet and take the time to do the nails perfectly. Been doing my nails with Elaine offlate and she does the most beautiful French tips. Would recommend for even guys as I bring my husband here often for his pedicures.

First time doing anyting with my nails. I have very bitten and messy fingers with a few open wounds, wasnt sure anything could be done about my nails but they were able to do gel extensions for me, completely painless despite many open wounds on my fingers. I had a very nice technician with 10+ yrs of experience who was nice to talk to as well. All the staff were very friendly, after a small problem was pointed out they made sure it was fixed immediately. overall great experience!!

Dropped by cuz I wanted to fix my previous pedicure problem from another nail salon, which was a painful ingrown toe nail.. I’ve delayed going into another salon for months but was casually shopping at Somerset 313 since it has my favourite massage place and hair salon so I figured the service in a nail salon should be world class too.😝
To my surprise, I was greeted with a warm welcome when I was just enquiring prices.. so I booked a pedicure.. during service, I noticed the care she put into her work so I upgraded to a classic mani too because of this!! Thank you to Beverly and Elaine, your customer service and work is meticulous and gentle, I will definitely come back! 💯

Went here with my bestie, it was her first time to do french tips so i was excited about it. The shop have good reviews in instagram so i booked.
I’m not sure what time they closed but at 7pm i really felt they are rushing to close their shop.
I got a classic pedicure with foot spa, but I don’t think they scrubbed and removed the calluses, it’s just like washing your feet. The best way to describe it is - “i could have done it myself”, but that defeats the purpose of going to the salon 😩
Anyway, at first my friend is kinda happy because her short nails was able to get the french tips done however after a few days it chipped.
There are no hard selling to me, because maybe i looked poor. But my friend said they offered to her, can’t remember what was that.
There is nothing special in this shop, the equipments are outdated.
They used a small fan to dry nails😏
Overall, not worth to travel to come to the salon.
The biggest deal breaker is that they make you feel they want to go home already and your booking is quiet late, i guess some staff are choosy with their customers

Had a classic pedi with Barney and I was amazed with how perfect the nails look. She was very detailed in her work. They were also
professional and did not try to sell other services, unlike most other nail parlours.

They state they don't do the 'hard sell.' My tech waited until she had removed gel from several nails to tell me that I would be charged extra to remove my manicure because it used a 'strengthener' (?) and was 'thick'. If it was noticeably thick, she could have informed me of the extra charge before beginning. She then offered to also use 'strengthener' for another extra cost. I get my nails done every fortnight and this has never happened to me before.
Also, the finish was sloppy and many of my nails are dimpled. With the CNY surcharge, this was $120!

service is always prompt at 313 The Nailist, all nail stylists/technicians are professional, meticulous and friendly. appreciate each time they took care of my hands and feet ;D

Nailist is customer centric and provides very professional service to both men and women patrons.

went to get a pedicure on sunday 13 july. the staff cut my big toe nail way too short & now i have an ingrown toenail and an infection brewing up. it’s really swollen and hurts. don’t recommend coming here to get your pedicure as they don’t seem to know how to cut nails…
