Great service and very knowledgable staff. Jason and Geraye made the visit to THG a memorable, comfortable and fun one. Very warm, knowledgable and helpful every time I visit. Always a lovely time visiting, even if just for a chat!

We went to the store and they have great collections of independent brands. The staff is very knowledgable about each brand and helped us to understand the context behind watchmaking. Loved to get conversation with Geraye Ong who helped us understand more about FP Journe! Really lovely ✨

Had an outstanding experience with Ben at The Hour Glass Paragon. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuine — not just trying to sell, but truly taking the time to understand what I was looking for. Ben has been helping me with this watch purchase since 2023 at L'Atelier. He is extremely patient, chatty and knowledgeable in watches. I have bought several watches from him already and each time his service is impeccable. It is always a pleasure buying from THG and I really can't think of what to improve from them.
