I visited The Hearing Centre at Tampines (Lucky Plaza) for a hearing test, and I’m very happy with the experience. The team showed great hospitality from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They also have excellent technical support and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional and caring hearing services.

Did a hearing assessment with Gela which is very useful for me to know. She was patient to explain the results of my hearing tests and answer any further queries I had. Will definitely go back to them for testing every year. Highly recommend their services!

The hearing center is very considerate. They regularly call me to come down to their place. They test my hearing ability and provides suggestions. They check my hearing aid and answer my queries. Thanks to the center.
