The quality of the clothing does not match the price. Their dress is poorly made with bad stitching and tons of loose threads.
I sincerely suggest that instead of pouring money into Facebook and Instagram ads, you should focus on how to IMPROVE THE QUALITY of your clothing.

I had a pleasant experience being able to find a suitable size for me and being able to try it on in stores. Often my shopping experiences are online and I’m unsure if the garment will fit and/or flatter me. It’s heartwarming to be able to try and make the decision to buy clothes in stores. I bought 2 skirts and felt very pretty in them. I sincerely hope that you guys will be able to sustain carrying bigger sizes in stores!

Idk why the rating for this store is so low when I have had nothing but good experiences. Love their shift to natural breathable materials like tencel and cotton, and their styles are so on-trend and interesting. Exchanges and refunds are a breeze.

Used to be a frequent shopper at EM especially supporting local brands. Unfortunately, the quality is deteriorating with increased prices. Shoppers understand the increase of prices due to inflation but we can't accept the drop in quality with such a price.

One of my favourite home brands. Clothes are of good quality and the pricings’ reasonable as well. And I enjoy the perks of being a member, cheap thrill when you can use your points to offset your purchases.
The staff here are very friendly and approachable, special shout out to Joanah who’s very meticulous and who would go the extra mile for the customers. She is patient and makes effort to talk to the customers to understand their needs.
The staff in the JEM outlet pales in comparison to the staff in the Taka outlet. Visited the JEM outlet a couple of times and I must say the service there’s definitely “work in progress”. I think if you choose to be in the service line, basic courtesy is a must have.

This is a place for mostly female clothing and some home stuff like cutlery etc. I like that there’s a small cafe inside it. Usually crowded during peak hour and weekends. There’s usually a queue for the cafe then.

Brand quality has deteriorated significantly - threads coming out from stitches, knits that start to peal already in the store, non symmetrical items…staff is not very friendly.
I bought two items, they brought me new sealed ones at the checkout, but when i tried them on at home, they didn’t fit me as items i tried at the store. One item had not symmetrical collar. I wanted to return them, but apparently no returns accepted, you can only exchange. So keep that in mind.

On 21/01/2025 , I visited this store and was trying on clothes in the fitting room when I experienced an appalling breach of privacy. Within one minute, the staff asked twice if there was anyone in the fitting room, and I clearly responded both times to confirm I was inside. Despite this, a staff member had the audacity to peek into the fitting room I was occupying. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, deeply disrespectful, and shows a complete disregard for customer privacy. As a paying customer, I expect much higher standards from your store, and this incident has left me feeling humiliated and furious. I demand an explanation and immediate action to ensure this never happens again.

I accidentally passed by this store and the style of clothing attracted me. When I needed help I mentioned to one of the staff that I needed her to help me find a dress that was on a mannequin and she found it quickly and with a very good attitude. Great store, full marks for the shopping experience. I'll go back if there are new clothes on.

It’s always pleasant shopping at The Editor’s Market. Their clothing materials are suitable for our hot and humid weather too.
