I was completely at ease under Dr Isaac’s steady hands. Zhi Yan was also fabulous with her service by explaining everything to me clearly and putting me at ease with her calm demeanor. Thumbs up!!

A friend recommended me to Dr Wong for lifting my jowls. It was a real long wait but well worth it. Very confident, assured doctor who is also bubble and funny (haha). No mincing of words either, simply asked me for my desired results, recommended the treatment and proceeded with it. Coming back next month to remove my pigmentation.

Dr Isaac Wong is the absolute go-to guy for Ellanse. I don’t like to listen to long explanations and medical technicalities. I want to see results and that was what Dr Wong delivered! I asked for assurances and he confidently said if I am dissatisfied he will refund me in full. Love that confidence. No BS, just 4 syringes and now I look 5 years younger as complimented by my colleagues. Go to him!

I had the Profhilo Structura treatment with Dr. Roy and I'm thrilled with the results. My face looks firmer and has a wonderful glow. So many friends have noticed and complimented me! The best part was how minimal it was—just two entry points. Highly recommend Dr. Roy!

Terrible experience at The Artisan Clinic. Paid over $10,000 for a package — first treatment had no results, second time (Jul 29, 2025) I was left on the bed with numbing cream for 1.5 hours and no doctor showed up. I left untreated. Clinic agreed to refund $3,400, but only if I signed a “Discharge Agreement” claiming I accepted compensation, waived all rights, and promised not to speak about it. I never asked for compensation — just a refund for unused services. Why force a non-disclosure when everything I said is true?
