Excellent and delightful service rendered by Lynette! She was not pushy; instead, she was patient, detailed, observant to my preferences, and went the extra mile to search for pieces that I wanted and offered to polish my jewellery regardless of the brand. She served with so much passion and always exuded positivity and smiles. Will be back for sure.

Went to the store with the intention of buying gold jewelry, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes without being attended to, and when I finally asked for assistance, I was told to come back later. I think he thought they are the only shop to sell the gold.
