bought an ebook and once item was sold, they did not bother abiding by the warranty terms and conditions. went to get my refund for my faulty item within warranty period and they insisted that my product is not faulty (screen unresponsive). they are operating illegally and you are warned before buying anything from them. currently escalating to CASE.

Bought two phones not the one's I went in for but was convinced by them that the remi 15c was a newer better phone I wanted a remi 14 pro+ 5 g,it was a base model my old one was better,I returned 4 time's and was refused a refund even though both phones turned out to be faulty,they expect me to return a 5th time after being intimidated by them the previous 4 times.we we're both 66 and don't know a lot about phones but they took advantage of this to make money.i offered to meet them at the reception of the hotel but they refused,will go to my bank and hopefully get a charge back but am sure they will tell more lies. Mr William finn be aware.

Terrible service from extemely irresponble staff. Staff kept pushing for me to get the more expensive screen protector but I refused. Was charged $12 for a normal screen protector, but he couldn’t even paste it properly, all four sides were not sticking and it looked so ugly. I have had my phone screen protecter changed so many times and this is the first time seeing such atrocious work. When I asked the staff, he said this is normal and I said it is too ugly and unacceptable. He then retorted saying what’s more important is the phone screen is protected, not whether it is ugly. Ridiculous customer service, I will not recommend. If I could give 0 star I would.
After reading all the other reviews, it seems that this shop is really terrible at their customer service especially changing screen protector. And the staff who changed my protector was a butch, not a he. Please avoid at all costs. I usually change my protector at far east plaza, amazing job at only $8.

Awful service, rude and dismissive older man. Asked for the best price but said i had to consider, got upset because i didn't buy on the spot. Fine.
Checked regarding color options and got told he wouldn't check for me unless i confirmed i wanted to purchase. How to confirm when I dont even know if you have the color i want?
Didn't want to buy from them anymore at that point because of his service. Avoid at all costs, better store just nearby which i ended up getting my phone from.

Once payment was received, they didn’t care about doing the job well.
Screen protector pasted misaligned with bubbles, when I showed it to them, they brushed away and said “it will resolve over time”.
Salesperson said it was thick glass tempered glass but ended up feeling more plastic. Color of the screen also looks blue.
All 3 staff there inexperienced at pasting tempered glass, simply looked like they did not know what they were doing at all.
Unless you think $10 is worth the price for a “4 layered tempered glass”.

Dont ever come to this place to buy/sell & paste screen protector. Was there yesterday to paste screen protector, the butch in specs did a lousy job & yet show attitude. Uncles there talked crudely as well. Such a turned off . Keeps asking u to pay $ when they did such a lousy job. Still tell me to recommend friends. Disgusted
