Sushiro at Wisma Atria brings Japan's leading conveyor belt sushi chain to the heart of Orchard Road, offering diners an authentic kaiten-zushi experience with modern efficiency. Located at #02-08 to 13 (435 Orchard Road), this popular outlet operates daily from 11am to 10pm, serving over 100 varieties of sushi and Japanese dishes in a family-friendly environment that combines tradition with contemporary convenience.
The restaurant's signature conveyor belt system allows diners to select from a continuous stream of freshly made sushi plates, while an iPad ordering system enables customers to request specific items that arrive via dedicated delivery lanes directly to their table. This hybrid approach ensures both variety and freshness, with bespoke orders prepared on demand. The menu spans the spectrum from classic favourites to premium seasonal offerings, with plates priced approximately between S$2.30 and S$4.90, making quality sushi accessible to a wide audience.
Menu highlights include the highly recommended premium salmon belly, along with seasonal specialties like winter fugu (pufferfish), monk fish, and tara shiraka. The restaurant also serves Japanese staples beyond sushi, including chawanmushi and other cooked dishes, catering to diverse palates within dining groups.
Reviews paint a picture of efficient, well-operated service at reasonable prices, with many families making regular visits. While some diners note that the rice can be on the looser side, the overall consensus favours the fresh ingredients and good value. The outlet can get busy, particularly on weekends, so reservations are recommended to avoid queues at this popular Orchard Road sushi destination.
Sushiro at Wisma Atria is known for its fresh, high-quality sushi and efficient automated ordering system via tablet. While the food quality is commendable, the prices are slightly high relative to the portion size and self-service concept.
However, my recent visit was affected by an unpleasant experience at the cashier counter. As our group was large, we were seated at two separate tables, and I made payment for both. Despite showing the receipts as proof, the cashier insisted that my guests had not settled the bill, displaying poor attitude and unprofessional conduct throughout the interaction.
It was a disappointing end to an otherwise good dining experience.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as such service lapses can negatively impact customer trust and the brand’s reputation.

I dont like my sashimi with black dots or veins as per the staff. Whenever I eat at other japanese restaurant I have never encounter with sashimi like this, but the staff said it is normal to have the black dots Aka veins. Sorry but I cant accept it but I guess all other majority people can. The staff attitude is at its worse. Not dry tissue provided, the one guy even ignore and sigh when the machine was not able to scar the barcode properly. Hopeless

Disappointing. The food was ok in general except the Tuna sashimi which carried an extremely heavy bloody smell, so bad that my teenager spat it out and we left the other one unconsumed. There were bones in the Salmon sashimi. The chawanmushi and Tamago sushi were good.
I think that there's a lot of room for improvement. It can be really good if they're more mindful of the customer's experience. My 2 teens don't want to come back, unfortunately.

It's fantastic to see them evolve from a simple takeaway sushi stand in the basement into a full-scale conveyor belt sushi restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the quality is very decent. I appreciate that this particular outlet is much bigger than the one at Shaw Lido, allowing it to accommodate more people. We were here for the SG60 promotions and had a phenomenal time enjoying our sushi, sashimi, and whiskey highballs.

First time to this type of sushi restaurant and we really enjoyed it. Went on a Friday at midday and no queue. The staff were helpful and showed us what to do (as we were new to this). We loved how it all worked and it was a smooth process. We had around 6 dishes between us and all were delicious. Easy payment and check out once we'd finished. I would def go back to this place.

First time experiencing this franchise because they have the collaboration with Genshin Impact.
The queue was so long, expected because of dinner time, but it's still bearable to wait outside the restaurant.
Fish so fresh, buttery, melting in your mouth, rice also fluffy, very worth the price.
The staff was also very helpful, very friendly and even gave me and my friend bonus merchandise from the event, very recommended to try Sushiro at this place❤
