My husband and I had a wonderful time commissioning our wedding bands from Vince. Vince was nothing short of an absolute joy to work with and his enthusiasm and knowledge on the craft shines as brightly as his creations. Vince truly cares from the heart about realising his customers' dreams and has a generous and warm spirit! He experimented so many different types of polishing to get the exact satin grain we wanted, and was able to realise even my most detailed of feedbacks from how rounded I wanted my particular prong/bezel setting to be. Such a nice experience today! I was looking for a repair shop to fix my bracelet clasp. In 3 other shops in the same building they were not able to fix it or didn’t even bother. Here, the guy willingly took my bracelet, came back in 5 mins with a smile on his face and said it was for free! :) Clearly the guys know their craft very well as I’ve been told many times before my bracelet was very tricky to fix. Recommend this place all day, such nice people and highly qualified!

My friend recommended this place for repairshop of broken necklace. It is cheap only for $15 instead of the jewelry shop cost $80. The staff who assisted me is very nice and even gave me discount. Thank you so much!
