Staff is not very friendly especially the plump lady with a fake Japanese sounding name. She was not very keen to serve me and even though I greeted her in an amicable tone, she was still on her laptop and was not very keen to serve me. I told myself I would not buy anything from her as her cs sucks. The previous time I also asked another BA in ion branch about one of the products because I had sensitive skin. She didn't even offer to give me a sample to try. I would say sulhwasoo tangs ladies are much nicer and I will definitely support them as they willingly gave me some samples to try first to see if it would suit my skin. Don't be fooled by the nice exterior of the salon. I feel that the staff here at ion judges customers. I will take my business to somewhere where they are more professional and nicer.

I had one of the worst customer service here. Came here on the 19th with my mother as she wanted to ask for something. The staff, a plump lady with a Japanese sounding name DID NOT BOTHER to even greet nor say hi and just looked down at her laptop. We were there for a FULL 10 minutes and she did not bother to even say hi. 3 of us were there and we did not even get a smile from her. Sulwhasoo please reflect on your customer service especially for this PARTICULAR staff

I had a terrible experience in this store, especially the manager, who I suspect has racist tendencies. Because I am yellow, my English is not very good, and then she treated me badly, even refused to communicate with me. And many times looked up and down my dress, think I am not rich, do not want to receive me, I will never come to this store again. I think it is very bad for a shop to have such a manager.
I have never seen such unscrupulous cosmetics brands and their office workers. I bought cosmetics containing allergens in their store, and their sales told me from beginning to end that I could use them, but after I used them at home, I got allergic. I tried to find the responsible staff of their office, but they kept avoiding me, refused to communicate with me, and tried to transfer the conflict to the sales at the counter. However, I did not buy the product on the counter, but bought it when they held an activity in B4 two days ago. They complicated the problem and transferred the contradiction between me and sales. Until now, my appeal has not been solved. I have never seen such a poor PR team, it has left me with such a bad impression of Sulwhasoo that I will not buy any more Sulwhasoo products for the rest of my life. I hope that anyone who tries to buy a Sulwhasoo from Ion can read this review.
