If you are 10-12 mins late they will not see you because of “next appointment”. Place is absolutely empty. A quick glance at the prices and service and it’s easy to understand why. Plenty other better options.

Stay away - horrible haircut that I was honestly shocked by. Having been a long time customer at the flagship North Canal and Jewel locations, I was surprised at how bad my haircut was here. The lady did not know how to hold a pair of scissors properly and could barely speak English or understand me. My hair ended up uneven at multiple locations and I had to correct it at another salon. $10 at QB house would have been a much better haircut. Reposting as my earlier review was deleted.

Excellent haircut and shave. Been going to Jamie for 6 years now. Fairly no frills decor at Palais for a high end barber but I go there for the quality of workmanship!

I booked the sultan’s cut package which is 81sgd (as per their web page the sultan’s cut has the following services: consultation, haircut, massage, and wash) it contains massage for the scalp and shoulder … I am just stunned that the massage was never done and the stylist still charged me 81sgd. They have another package that does not conatin massage which is 59sgd only. I still asked the stylist why 81sgd still even if there is no massage done. She told me that the price should still be 81sgd. Instead of arguing, I just leave the premises and promised myself not to comeback there anymore. To be fair, the haricut is good.

I had my first session with Farhan at the Palais Renaissance outlet. It was an excellent haircut. He was very meticulous and patient. He didn't rush the haircut. High attention to detail. Was reminded of my haircut in a great Los Angeles barber. Well worth the cost. I'll be heading back to Farhan. Recommended for those who like barbers who have high attention to detail. Also, gives a great conversation 😊
