Ita and the staff are incredibly wonderful people. Super polite with warm and welcome approach. These are the people that I would hire to make my business great. The food was excellent and the service was super. We will be coming back here again for sure. Thank you Ita and the team!

There were seats available so I decided to have dinner at Sukiya. The staff were friendly and quickly showed me to my table. Ordering and payment were done through the QR code on the table, and the food arrived promptly. I had the salmon and beef bowl with chicken karaage and miso soup ($20.40), which also came with a soft-boiled egg. The portion was generous, the beef was tender, and the fish was nicely grilled. It was a nice indulgence, food was really tasty overall and felt worth the price.

There is a self-order machine, but the “takeaway only” notice is very small, and we only noticed it after payment. We immediately informed the waiter that we were dining in, and we heard him inform the kitchen. However, the order was still prepared as takeaway, and when it was placed at the counter, the front desk did not check it at all.
We waited for over 20 minutes, and no staff came to check on our order during that time. Overall, the communication between the front desk and kitchen is very poor, and the service flow is badly designed. The food is acceptable, but the service experience is extremely disappointing.

food is quite value for money and taste decent. remind me of those breakfast stores in japan. can choose to order up to XL version of the dish so good for big eaters to fill their tummy.

I ordered the Half Boiled Egg Mentai Mayo & Cheese Chicken Yakitori Bowl - Regular with chicken karaage set. Does not look like the dish on the menu. Not sure why the mentai mayo is yellow and liquid...overall just taste awful. Didn't like the cheese to be in strips and not melted too. Egg was cold. Slightly disappointed by the chicken karaage. Staff was friendly tho. Will not come back again, just doesn't suit my taste and preference.

Food here is amazing and well-priced! I really like how they have multiple options for their food and different sizes as well! The food was very efficient too! Only issue is that out of the 3 dishes we order, ALL of them had issues. One of the bowls was M even though we ordered L, One had a totally wrong side dish and the last one was a gyudon instead of the Yakiniku don. The staff was quick to change though so kudos to them!

Flies all over my table and food.
Take the chopsticks from the middle only. Do not touch the “top” of the chop sticks.
Staff knows of the flies, but ignores them. I couldn’t finish my food and left in disgust.

Came on a Monday at lunchtime. Warm tea was served immediately. Orders are made through the QR code provided. I like how the menu has lots of different sizes for your meals! I'm quite a small eater so I got the S-sized gyurice with melted cheese. The portion was just right for me, and there were enough meat, rice and cheese! (They were especially generous with the cheese!) It was genuinely really hearty, wholesome and delicious, i could tell it was made with love. Quality was top tiered! Food came immediately after I submitted the order, and service was just impeccable with the kindest staff 💝 Perfect for quick and delicious meals! Will definitely come back again and would recommend! 🫶🏻
