This takashimaya outlet is my all-time favourite among all stuff'd!
The indian lady who i think is the manager is superb. She's always bubbly and always generous with the portions, thus, always making my experience at the outlet so good.
Moreover, their chicken are always grilled to perfection which never happens in other outlets. The staff in this outlet really put effort in the food they serve.
I also love the fact that they are still taking manual order instructions so I can opt for lesser sauce which is a kind of personal touch that other outlets using self-order lack of.

My workplace is in Orchard Road, so I often have my lunch and dinner at Takashimaya. I went to this store several times, and failed to place an order several times because the staff told me that there was no chicken!!! I wonder, isn't the store open until 9.30pm? If I arrived at 9pm, I can understand, but this happened between 6-7. Is the business closed? Did they start to organize, clean, etc. before going home? I am disappointed with this. In addition, an Indian female employee's service attitude towards customers is inconsistent. I witnessed her unfriendly and impatient treatment of a Malay woman (wearing a cleaner's uniform). She is really hateful! I hope your company can improve the service level of its employees and let employees know that cleaners also buy food at the original price and do not ask for discounts! Please treat them fairly! This happened on 2nd May

I have tried stuffd from many different outlets across singapore and usually they are quite generous with the serving size.
However for this ion Orchard outlet, the serving size tend to be smaller , especially for the broccoli and main toppings , only 2-3 pieces of vegetables were given.
Hope that stuffd Takashimaya can be more generous to regular customer especially if they are generous then we will visit more regularly and good for their business too 👌
Edit: visited them again for a second time on 5 June 2023. They become more generous with the serving. However, some ingredients like the tofu, they really select 3-4 pieces to give and the mash potato when they scoop can see it’s really diluted and watery. To branch manager / owner - you can have a look yourself or next time you visit you can see it 🙏

Kebab is crispy, so it the chicken, with great twnder and juiciness. Sauces are added in good amount, vege is fresh. So much better than the on in Serangoon Nex.

Got a burrito wrap on Friday and discovered a dead bug in it. Food safety is crucial, and I hope they take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

The staff at Stuff’d are so nice! They’re always friendly and helpful, and the service is super fast. Makes the whole experience even better every time I go. Love it!

The portion is too little, I’ve ordered from other Stuff’d outlet and their portion is worth the price but when I ordered at 313@Somerset the portion is very little. Can you standardise this? So dissatisfying and disappointing.

Shop located on B3. I had to stand in line a bit to order on the screen (visit on Sunday evening), but after paying my veggie bowl was done super fast. Really liked the taste, quality and the amount of food. I will be back 😊
