The place is really spacious, I love it but staff look unhappy working here. No friendly faces! Also I ordered my cafe latte with hot milk but my cafe latte came lukewarm. Chances are cold milk was poured into the hot coffee. Staff should be trained to be more friendly and meticulous in preparing the order. And the cafe latte here does not seem to be the same as other outlets. Too mild coffee aroma. The music played in the background is horrible. Sounded like a woman groaning and making some irritating whispering sound. Its Christmas month and its in the morning, should put on some bright and happy music if not Christmas carols. Alternatively, low fidelity music is also good for relaxation. Please seriously review the music played in the background.

Horrible service especially from the worker with the short bob haircut… I went during a non-peak timing (there were numerous other empty tables, added photo for reference) but she was extremely fussy about me and my friend combining tables. I understand about sharing spaces especially during peak hours, but there were so many empty tables still available. And the way she talked was extremely rude as well, not even a “please” or “thank you”. She also kept disturbing us by asking me if I would purchase a drink (I had only sat down for 10 minutes, and my friend with me had already bought their own drink). Evidently, there needs to be improvement on this service as many other customers have already left poor reviews regarding this matter. This cafe is meant to be a spot for relaxation and to enjoy drinks, but it ended up being a stressful experience and I would not visit this spot again unless there are obvious improvements.

I want to take a moment to appreciate the Starbucks staff with bob hair wearing black glasses I know the job can be busy and stressful, and I truly respect the effort and patience she shows every day.Even during small, misunderstandings, I understand how much pressure staff are under, and I’m grateful for her hard work and dedication. Thank you for continuing to serve customers with commitment and professionalism. I also like to sincerely appreciate the Starbucks staff for their hard work and dedication. The team consistently goes above and beyond, even during the busiest and most demanding hours. Their effort, patience, and teamwork do not go unnoticed.What truly stands out is how the staff treat customers not just as customers, but like friends. Their friendly greetings, genuine smiles, and willingness to help create a welcoming and comfortable environment. This kind of warmth makes a real difference and turns an ordinary visit into a pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire team for your commitment, kindness, and professionalism. Your hard work and positive attitude are truly appreciated. Some customers display behavior that is deemed unreasonable, as evidenced by comments that are perceived as personal attacks on staff members.which is not right!

I have been coming to this outlet every Saturday since it's opening. (Previously, I would frequent the Plaza Singapura outlet.) Love the atmosphere here. Less crowded, nice music, good air conditioning.  (PS is very hot at certain sections.) The service here is very homely. Like speaking to a family member 🤭. Have to specially compliment Karen, Yves, Ting and Sabrina. Very bubbly characters that bring sunshine to the customers day. And they will "Go the extra mile" the make sure the customer gets what they need. Sometimes, they will also remember the orders of their regular customers too! (And yes, my favourite food here is Egg White Red Pepper Mushroom Wrap, Egg Mayo Multigrain crossiant and Deep Dish Beef Pie!) Thank you for the great Starbucks experience!

Visited this outlet on a Sunday evening. Didn’t notice this hand-written happy greeting, until halfway through my drink. Cool and nice sweet touch, from the crews at this outlet. Sometimes it’s the small gestures that defines great service. Very friendly service, great spacious place to chill over tea or coffee.

Lady with short bub was really rude during the ordering. She also did not allow me and my friend to use 2 round tables and insisted we either share a round table or move to the long tables. I understand the need for this rule if it was a weekend n really crowded, but we were there on a weekday and the store was relatively empty. the drink was also not great. the cup was filled with so much ice that i could barely drink my matcha. had much better ice to drink ratios at other outlets.

Lovely Starbucks with such friendly staff! I came in hoping to get the blind bag coffee charm, and Yves and Cass were so kind in explaining the terms and cheering us on to get the one we wanted. Thanks to them, we did!!! and they truly made my Sunday :D

Love the atmosphere and the people! They are so friendly and I feel like I am with my friends whenever I visit. Especially the manager Karen, she's always so ready to serve! Will definitely be my regular hang out!

Usually great service, but today I encountered the wrath of the bob hair lady with dark rim glasses. After I ordered my two venti drinks to go, I apologised that I forgot to tell her I wanted two babycinos for my kids. She gave me a look and the fakest half smile I've seen and said... "Next time tell me earlier can" I have never experienced such bad service at any Starbucks over the world. Starbucks, do something about this!!!!

The female manager on duty – the one in a black shirt with short hair – was extremely rude to customers. My friends and I were simply sitting down and enjoying our drinks, and one of my friends happened to be lying down on the table. Instead of approaching us politely, she came over and knocked loudly on the table, looking visibly irritated, and raised her voice at us, saying, “No sleeping allowed here.” Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. It was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience, and her behaviour made us feel very unwelcome. We will never ever visit this outlet after this incident.
