Comfy seats and nice ambience for chillin. Service was good, staff and barista was nice and friendly.
Had the popular Iced Strawberry Pure Matcha Latte for the drink, and Pistachio Kunafa Strawberry Cheesecake.
The iced strawberry matcha latte was very nice, not so sweet, got the bitterness from the pure matcha, compliments well with the sweetness of the strawberry, got the strawberry chunks too. A bit disappointed with the pistachio kunafa strawberry cheesecake though, couldn’t really taste the pistachio flavour, and only a thin layer of the cheesecake, the vanila sponge cake was a bit too eggy. Overall the cake was jus average for my liking.

Great place to have coffee and cake.
Vanilla sweet cream cold brew is really great. With a little sweetness and refreshing after mixing with the cold brew.
Coffee tiramisu cake is great, not too sweet and it’s fresh.
The staff are very efficient, ordered two cups of coffee and did not need to wait long.

If you’ve told your customer that they’re able to redeem an item with the next drink purchased through the points in the app, do make it clear that it’s a “handcrafted drink” and not any old drink or item. Your staff refused to apologise for their mistake, and instead tried to insinuate that it was my fault instead that I didn’t understand what their other staff had told me regarding the redemption. I was then told that oh I’d misunderstood that the redemption wasn’t for a drink in general, but a “handcrafted” one, and that if I wanted to get the item I needed to just order it and they’d cancel the two I had. That’s terrible service, if not terrible customer service rectification; you do not tell a customer to pay for your mistake when it wasn’t made clear at all in the first place by your staff. Your staff were especially pompous and instead of trying to clarify the issue, they merely asked me to pay for another item I wouldn’t want just so I’d be able to redeem the item- of which was a simple keychain. This wasn’t the first time that it happened either, when I ordered two drinks prior, they said that I couldn’t redeem the points for the keychain but that I had to well, pay for a drink then I’d get it the second time. Either your customer service staff are lacking in training or protocol or your redemption rules are confusing for everyone involved, but it’s the principle of the matter. If I was told by your staff that I’d be able to redeem the item when I ordered a drink next, irregardless of whatever drink I ordered, I should’ve been able to do so. Thanks for nothing Starbucks.

It's been a while since my last visit to this branch because they're always full house. We're lucky enough to get a table today and sat down for drinks & cakes. The staff at the cashier wasn't friendly and obviously wasn't happy working. She was also not very patient when asked about the app. Very disappointed as Starbucks baristas are usually way friendlier and more helpful than this.

The barista was very impolite. Ask him whether he prefers helping $10 transactios or he prefers $100 transactions?
