Staff enjoyed chatting rather than paying attention to their customers,but their Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake was tasty,I like. However,I’ll choose other branches to enjoy this cake next time.

Ambience cosy, service staffs very courtesy, friendly and helpful, and I specially bring my family and friends to Starbucks at Centrepoint and Gateway to eat the creamy chicken foldover and Tiramisu cake.

Well, fail again, I don't know how they fail every time making a caramel frappuccino, but this location has never got my family's order correct. I saw a new set of people and thought mabt the care. I was wrong. I got an espresso slush, no milk, not sweetened at all. If I wanted a slush espresso, I could have gone to the fair price and grabbed espresso instant coffee and dumped it in ice to make the same crap.

Came to this place as we know that this outlet tends to be less crowded than others. There were 9 of us who have not caught up for months - we all ordered drinks (matcha latte, earl grey tea, ice chai latte Frenchy hazelnut macchiato) which were standard starbucks drinks and quality were quite good as usual. The reason for the two stars is that we were told to ‘not make too much noise as other customers are complaining’. We thought this was a weird comment since it seems starbucks here has established itself as a library-like studying place and thus gathering should follow library ethics. Cafe chat noises are standard (as cafes are places for friends to gather, hang out and catch up) and should be tolerated, the staff instead I think should remind the other customers on this.

I accidentally spilled my drink (which i only took one sip of) all over the floor. Told the manager about it (i think?) and not only did she helped to clean it up but also replaced my drink for me 😭 really nice staff!! 10/10 would come back!!! share the joy indeed!!!!
