Service is always great (friendly staff!), indoor is small and seating on balcony (no aircon) and In mall is usually crowded. However have gotten my usual drink twice here and both times the coffee tastes off and water down (cold brew) so won’t frequent. I find that the Vanilla sweet cream cold brew at Tanglin and near Cineleisure is best in terms of coffee /cream balance and light sweetness!

I had a fantastic experience at the Starbucks outlet in 313@Somerset. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always greeted me with a smile. The coffee was brewed perfectly, and my favorite Caramel Macchiato was spot-on! The seating area was cozy and clean, offering a nice place to relax or get some work done. Despite being in a busy mall, the ambiance was peaceful, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable. Definitely my go-to Starbucks in Singapore! Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for great coffee and excellent!

Well train staffs, good services. Reasonable price from 7$. The drinks are awesome. Some favorite are coffe, dragon fruit and mango tea. A little bit different from others Starbucks Coffee restaurant because of color decorations . while you see this Coffee shop, you will see color almost red, while others shop are green and black.

Consistent excellent service and one of the best patio environments (outdoor view and indoor hall area) of all Starbucks in the area while being centrally located in Orchard for shopping. Always kind, fast, food is good. Highly Recommended

⭐️ I requested no whipped cream, but the staff made a mistake and added it. Although they changed the drink, they only poured away the whipped cream and there was still leftover cream on top. The cup was also dirty. Overall, the handling could be more careful and hygienic.
