I made 3 visits at Spectacle Hut in mid-June 2025. To survey, purchase and collection.
I am a first-timer and in need of a spectacle due to my blur vision. All 3 visits I was greeted by the team outstanding and excellence service. Shoutout to Crystal, Zita and Dianne. Love the customer service provided in this store! Bought a pair of colour contacts but my eyes were rather not in the best condition. Other than doing a eye-check and giving me a good advice on my eyes health, she gave me few pair of clear contacts to wear. Was just so wow-ed by the extra mile!

Thank you Zita for excellent service and patience in helping to correct my new contact lens degree to balance between my short-sightedness and recent long-sightedness.. vision is now clearer for near fine-prints yet still good for far objects overall! Also pointed out my left eye as dominant eye after checking, which all along could have been misinterpreted resulting in incorrect left/right degree. She was also very helpful when issuing invoice for my purchase. Great service, courteous and friendly!
