2nd patronage to Sparkle Clean but 1st time to Sparkle Clean @ Paragon. Definitely significant difference before and after. I opted for the Deep Clean, which took 1.5hr. Gave 1 star short because while the car seat was smelling nice, upon collection, the car seat was dripping water from the gaps (of the hard structural frame). And in ultra deep spaces behind the seat, dust can still be spotted. Not critical since it's child-inaccessible areas. And maybe after cleaning, the staff put the car seat on a table and the base caught some dirt. Need to self-wipe away.

I am impressed with the service from Sparkle Clean. Appointment was made easily via WhatsApp as they were very responsive. I opted to bring my car seat and stroller to Paragon for basic cleaning plus UV treatment. The staff threw in a steaming service for me as well. Everything was done in 1.5 hours while I went shopping. So happy to see my stroller and car seat fresh and clean! Thank you Sparkle Clean!

Excellent customer service, communication, and service delivery! They cleaned 3 baby items for me including a stroller, carrier and car seat. Wilson was very helpful in explaining the services offered and making recommendations based on the individual conditions of my items. Items now look like new and returned in a timely manner! The folks at Sparkle Clean were very professional. They collected a lot of items from me, gave me an estimate and deep cleaned cots, strollers, and car seats. They even cleaned the bags I placed the fabric in. They then a packaged everything in bags and delivered back to me within 2 days. Awesome!

Repeat customer here due to multiple accidents by my little girl on the stroller and car seat. Have always visited the Harbourfront Centre outlet but thought I would try out the new store at Paragon. As expected, my experience was very positive and the process was fast and seamless. Lloyd was extremely helpful and patiently explained what was done. I enquired about the Deep Cleaning service for a single stroller and requested for pickup and delivery service too in the morning. They replied my messages promptly and rendered the services within the same day! Most importantly, my stroller that was collecting dust, and had some questionable stains, is now clean and safe to use!

I recently sent a used stroller (bugaboo fox set) for an ultimate clean and both my husband & I are absolutely pleased with their service + results! They are so efficient - we got our stroller picked up on wed evening and our stroller came back today like-new and well wrapped!
Firstly, it was so easy to contact them via WhatsApp: Wilson attended to us and his service was impeccable; he was quick in response during working hours, constantly updating us/ sending pictures of the cleaning process even when we didn’t ask for them!
Also, they managed to rid the strong stale smell which was lingering on the fabrics before.
We opted for their 2-way delivery service which was a plus since our stroller was quite bulky. It was such a hassle-free and value-for-money experience😊 they made sure that pick up/sending back timings were convenient to us and they even made sure particular spots/stains we mentioned to them were well cleaned. Their standards really surpassed our expectations - we rarely come across businesses who are as passionate and service-oriented as Sparkle clean and we really appreciate it! My child’s car seat was very dirty and had to be deep cleaned. I tried cleaning myself and it didn’t work, so I had to send it in to sparkle clean to get it fixed. It was done in 2 hours and the staff (Wilson) was really professional and friendly. After cleaning the seat was fragrant and no longer smelled bad even after the spray wore off.

Fuss free and convenient with excellent service from company representative Lloyd.
After reviewing the pram and car seats I had booked and brought for cleaning, he suggested alternative options based on the condition which would have cost me less.
The cleaning was completely on time and images of the cleaning process is shown to you upon collection. Lloyd also helped me with loading all the items back to the car at the car park seeing I was alone. Professional and service oriented. Will return again! 👍
