I went to buy clothes from sozo one in bugis street but it ended up not being in my style and when I returned Li Jie really helped me with the refund process, making it quick and fast with it immediately being seen in my bank account while some other companies would take a few days to return my money and it might not even be returned, I needed to rush off for a dinner and she made it so simple for me and even messaged me on WhatsApp to confirm my refund with the receipt attached in a photo!!
