Just wish the colour technician can be more up front and honest with customer, knowing what treatment has been done on me prior. Basically my hair was damaged.

In search for a hair salon after the Covid Circuit breaker, by accident and perhaps meant to be while in Shaw Centre on a Saturday morning my husband made an inquiry and the warm attention from the front counter would start my beautiful hairdresser experience. I came in with a bad hair condition a couple of day’s later and the Hair Director (Delos) gave me a warm welcome. on The Team, Delos, Angie & Kate showed their professionalism and their years of expertise in their field. I hoped for a good result as these ladies showed their craft and worked on fixing & applying the colors that would transform my hair. They were friendly, polite, pleasant and made me feel at home for 3 hours which was a big bonus! The end result was more than what I expected! It was perfect! William has been cutting my hair since 2006 or 2007. I've always been super happy with what he does with my hair. I almost never have to show him photos of what haircut I want. I just sit down in the chair and tell him "cut it short" and he knows what to do! Love the color that he did for me today too!

William has been cutting my hair since 2018 and I never looked back. He is the only person who can work around my “naturally wavy” hair to give me the perfect hair cut. Together with their absolutely wonderful colourist, I always walk out of the salon getting compliments from strangers. Thanks William & Sonders!
