Sogoodk has issue with their delivery. The preorder stated the day that the items will be delivered but in reality it is not the case. The delivery came in 1 day later and I have informed them that I have to cancel my appointments because of their delayed delivery, their response was if nobody is at home, we will leave your items outside your door. C’mon, i ordered perishable food items and with premium prices, the service can better right? But unfortunately no and I can sense arrogance in their reply to me. After that when you ask them about the update on delivery, nobody will reply to your whatsapp messages. So think about it everyone

Great items! Only problem I have, they don’t allow fixed delivery schedule and most items require immediate refrigeration or freezing upon receiving. I hope their delivery can be enhanced

I ordered Korean Soy Sauce Marinated Crabs for a friends party and paid a whopping $120+ for 2 small crabs and prawns. The restaurant delivered the totally wrong order - spicy yangnyeong crabs instead of the soy sauce crabs. The sauce from the marinated crabs was so overwhelming you could hardly even taste the crab meat. No one wanted the spicy crabs after one bite and the host had to end up ordering additional chicken wings to feed the party.
It was bad enough SoGoodK messed up the order and ruined the dinner party. But I would think this ‘premium’ service would at least offer some sincere service recovery ON THEIR OWN MISTAKE especially considering the price they charge. Instead I got a very disinterested response telling me I would get $30 off my next order and the company refused to answer further emails.
As if I would ever order through this dishonest and awful company again. It totally ruined my friend's party and it's disgusting that they messed up a $120 order and won't even take accountability for their mistake. If you're charging people a premium price then you should make sure to provide good service or at least own up and take responsibility for mistakes. Horrible experience and would inform all my friends to avoid at all costs.

Ordered kimchi and soy sauce crab. Both of the dishes were good! Customer service was good too! Was worried it will be delivered when no one is around but they managed to pull through :)
