Very disappointing birthday experience We hosted a birthday party at Kidzopia Orchard Cineleisure, and it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The party was held in the afternoon, but because of their Halloween event that day, the car driving area was closed — something they never informed us about in advance. This was one of the main attractions for the kids, and it was really upsetting for them. We were also told to vacate the party room by 2:30pm, even though when we placed our food order, we were told we could use the room until around 3pm. We chose lighter snacks thinking we would spend more time in the room later, but were suddenly told that’s not possible. It would have been helpful if they had clearly communicated the timing upfront. Additionally, they have a tag-and-play game where kids need bracelets — these were never given to us proactively. Only after asking did they hand them over, by which time the kids had very little time left to play. Overall, this lack of communication and poor organization made the entire experience very disappointing. Not recommended for kids’ parties.
