We went to this outlet knowing that there was a
discount of 30% if we buy two pairs of footwear during National Day weekend. We were served by Muhd Azman. He was friendly, polite and helpful the moment we met him. He answered our question about the difference of thick and thinner soles of shoes and he further explained the stability of such shoes would depend on how fast we run. For faster speed, soles of shoes should not be too thick. I took quite a while to try the different sizes of shoes. Azman was very patient and even mentioned ligh-coloured
shoes look better on my feet. My hubby selected a pair of slippers. When he had decided on the pair he wanted, Azman told him that he would get another new pair for him which my hubby didn’t even ask for it. Upon payment, Azman told us that the pair I chose was a new design hence, 30% discount would not apply. I told him that I wanted the discount so I would like to select another pair of shoes. He smiled and said that I could do that and he continued to serve me until I found the pair I liked. We were impressed by Azman’s attitude and his top-notch service but I somehow knew that he wasn’t a Singaporean, sad to say that! Upon asking, he confirmed that he is a Malaysian! Just wished that we would have more people especially Singaporeans with such friendly and helpful attitude in their customers’ service. We were glad to be served by Azman. He has exemplified top notch service in the service industry. Keep up the good work, Azman and thank you for serving my hubby and I:)

Thank you, Mr Fabian Lau! At first, I was so grateful that I met a nice sales staff. I only asked to try on 1 pair of shoes, but I wasnt sure if the size was ok for me. I took some time to think by myself, in which I didnt even disturb any of the staff there. But I decided not to proceed. I have difficulties of buying shoes as my feet's size is a little different for both sides. But, when I return the shoes, I said thank you but was replied with black face and he rolled his eyes and said softly :" wasting my time", which I heard. Thank you so much.
If u dont buy their shoes, then it is considered wasting time for trying. Thank you.

A big thank you to Danial for helping my grandmother choose and buy a new pair of shoes. She has some difficulty standing or walking, (bending down is basically impossible) but he was extremely patient and helpful, even going as far as to assist in removing and putting on different pairs. I’m really grateful for the great service and experience. :)
