Comfy shoes with great cushioning. Staff Nurul was very patient, knowledgeable & attentive . I tried on several pairs of shoes but only bought a pair, but Nurul was so patient.

On Saturday 1-March, afternoon. Me & wife tried some shoes. One lady who served us rolled her eyes with bad face expression, when we kept trying one after another, total around 5 models. Changed our mind and bought high quality shoes for more than $500 from competitor store, as the customer service there was much better. Thank you!

Bought a pair of shoes last month, the staff over at 313 outlet did not checked with me whether I have NTUC membership. Where else, few days back at Vivo outlet, bought another pair for my mother, the sales personnel is kind enough to ask if I have NTUC member where I could receive points.
