1st visit and will be the last.
Ordered hot cuppocino and ondeh-ondeh. Cuppo was served - cold milk and warm coffee. Brought back to the cashier. The young lady at the cashier raised her voice and said “you want the coffee to be hotter is it?”. The key is the milk is still cold and coffee is only warm. She changed a new cup but it still comes with cold milk and this round higher temp coffee (the same “barista”). This is a really bad Cuppo I had. Didn’t drink and left.

I stopped by your café and had a great experience, as usual. The cookie latte was tasty, and the service was top-notch, thanks to Erika. She was friendly, sincere, and had a wonderful attitude that brightened up my gloomy Monday morning. Please recognize Erika's excellent service and let her know that her positive energy is much appreciated. Happy holidays!

Had such a lovely experience at Sinpopo at Scotts this morning. The staff was warm and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The latte they served was delicious — smooth and just the right strength. I also really enjoyed the kaya toast; so fluffy, fragrant, and really satisfying. Great service, great food. I’ll definitely be back!👍🏻
