I had a wonderful experience with Dr Bernard Lee and his team. I visited the clinic as I was suffering from severe back pain and the intensity was getting from bad to worse. From the very first visit, they took the time to find out more on how my pain came about and how it was affecting me on my daily activities.
Dr Lee went through my MRI report and patiently explained what was causing the pain, he was thorough while he did the physical checks on my lower back and he also explained on how he can help me, making sure I understood every step of the procedure and felt comfortable with the process while managing my expectation realistically. He gave me time to discuss with my family on the procedure back home before making a decision whether to proceed with the procedure.
His team of staff was equally professional, supportive, and kind. What really stood out was their close follow-up before and after the procedure — I never felt like just another patient. It is really unlikely to happen as a new comer to Singapore for work.... I am super lucky to meet up with this high quality medical professional teams as my first attempt to seek for help.
After suffering from a year long of shoulder pain, I decided to take medical treatment. Without local friends for referrals, I basically Googled around my neighborhood and identified the Paragon mall which I won't get lost.

Highly Recommend Dr. Bernard Lee and the Paincare Centre Team
I had been suffering from chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, knees, and lower back for over 20 years. During that time, I saw numerous doctors and tried various treatments—including TMC—but unfortunately, nothing brought lasting relief.
Everything changed when my sister recommended I see Dr. Bernard Lee. I had my first consultation with him on 8 January 2024, and he diagnosed me with fibromyalgia—just like my sister. He suggested injection therapy, and the very next day, I received treatment for my neck and shoulder. To my surprise and immense relief, the pain improved by 99%.
On 21 June 2025, I returned for treatment on my knees and lower back (Coreflex injection). Amazingly, just one day after the treatment, the pain was completely gone. I could finally return to a normal life, pain-free.
I’ve already recommended my sister-in-law to Dr. Lee and will continue to recommend him to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

I have been experiencing pain in my left shoulder and was unable to raise my arm, but thanks to Dr. Bernard Lee and Michelle, it's like a miracle - just 30 minutes after the procedure, I was able to raise my arm again. 10cc of fluids were removed from my shoulder.
