To get here, take exit F@Dhoby Ghaut Station if coming by MRT. Go to street level and find the lift lobby for International Involvement Hub right between Hamleys and KOI Plus (at the corner of Plaza Sg nearest MacDonald House). Take the lift to level 4M (not 4 but 4M).
