I took my dad to this clinic for an eye check-up, and we had a very good experience. Dr Khor was very kind and patient, and performed a very detailed examination. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer our questions, which we really appreciated. The clinic workflow is well organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a reassuring and positive visit.

My review and experience has been mixed... Dr jovina and the lady who examined my eyes are both very professional and sweet. However one of the nurses was extremely rude towards me during my visit today.
My appt with Dr jovina was at 10.30 and I called the clinic at 9.50 told them I had some emergency and will be late for 15 mins, if this is not possible, I will have to cancel my appt and book for next time. Lady who answered my call hesitated and then told me you try to be earlier and then hung up. I arrived the clinic at 12 mins later than my appt, which was 10.42am - however i waited for 45 mins until I saw Dr jovina.
When I settled my bill and aldy booked for my next appt, one of the rude nurses was telling me, next time you try to be on time coz you are the last patient of the day. Which reminded me I waited for the Dr 45 mins, it was not due to my 12 mins late and everyone was waiting for me they couldn't go home earlier.
Is it my fault? I don't think so. If I arrived on time, I would have to wait for 57 mins instead of 45.
So I cancelled my follow up appt for next time because I don't want to see her again.

I visited Eye & Vision several times due to severe eye dryness. After the consultations and using the prescribed eye drops, my condition improved significantly. Dr. Jovina See not only explained my eye condition clearly but also described how the different types of eye drops work, which helped me understand my treatment much better. Thank you.

DR Jovinda See. My mum has a very good experience with her. A good caring doctor. She is very skillful in the eye cataract surgery. Compared to last eye doctor who operated on the other eye. She can be counted on and never afraid to give advice. I like her the moment she spoke about the aftercare details for cataract procedure. We are very grateful for everything made poseible.

The reception handled an arrogant patient's father very well, I must say.
The patient's father went to question the nurses and doctor test whether the tests stated were "necessary"
Yet he himself decided to come to this clinic while trusting them with his kiddo's eyes.
p.s. the father was hurling very rude statements about the doctors & nurses and doubting their profession.
Oh yes, Dr. Jovina See is the nicest doctor with the most soothing voice! She explained everything and how to counter my allergy conjunctivitis, gave a 3 month plan on how to handle it and gave pointers on how to firefight when needed. p.s. we got 3 cats at home, and SHE has cats too xD.

Dr Jovina See is very professional, caring, and patient doctor. I have been seeing Dr. See for over a year and my eye issue has been improved significantly. She always patiently answered my questions and explained to me the issues with my eye and what I should pay attention too.
The only thing might could be improved is the clinic operations. I always need to wait for 30 to 45 mins after the appointment time and wait for another 20-30 mins to get my prescriptions. I don't know what reasons caused the waiting but it will be nice if I don't need to spend over one hour every visit on waiting.

I had an acute eye infection, called them up in the morning, and they were able to help me to get slotted into Dr Lim's schedule. I did wait for a bit but the waiting room was spacious and not cramped like some of the other eye clinics I happened to walk by in the same building. Dr Lim was very patient in explaining everything and I am glad to have found her!
