These are the results I got! Bags and butler declined on 2 attempts and See the work done here .. they also cleaned off the sole to a brand new finish- when I didn’t even ask . That Is called value add.. my Valentino has is BRAND NEW facelift .
Also watch the finish of the LV Utah, messenger bag. Polished to such a fine finish; can you even tell the strap leather holders were torn? And worn out ..? No bias but I’m VERY pleased with this work. I trust them

I owe Raymond & his team a thousand 5-star reviews. They have been exceptional, esp since I’ve entrusted them with all the repairs and cleaning for my vintage handbags of all brands, shapes and sizes.
They’ve done solid recolouring job on a few leather bags and their workmanship has stood the test of time. For the naysayers of bag recolouring and touch-up, you do you- we have Shukey to help us save other bags from the landfill.
They’ve also done leather and hardware repairs, sometimes helping me to source a hardware piece or find a solution. And like many other of Raymond’s regulars, I stand by my recommendation each time I refer a customer to him.

Extremely poor workmanship. Paid $5 to punch 3 holes on my new bag, and the alignment is completely off. This shop literally ruined a thousand-dollar bag due to careless work.
I used to patronise and even recommend this shop to friends, but after this experience, I will never do so again. A job done without care shows a lack of professionalism. Go at your own risk.

I had a weightlifting belt that required adaptation, the staff at the location were very accommodating for the requirements and it was clear that they were very experienced in the type of workscope to be applied. The end result for my belt was perfect and the friendly and skilled staff made the whole experience very positive. I highly recommend Shukey Services for any specialist leatherwork needs!

This is my Prada bag that I send to Shukey to repair open pipings and sticky and glazed handles (1st to 6th photos). So delighted that they did an amazing job!!! My bag is like new! (7th to 12th photos) Highly recommended for their professionalism and friendly customer service. Most importantly you need not pay an arm and leg.

Poor service. I wish i can give zero star. A simple fix (belt missing a screw, I'm sure can be done on the spot) but still need to check with the disappearing boss. Came down specifically during early lunch, left my item there, no sound no picture until i call to check. The staff has the audacity to challenge me when i remarked that this service is ridiculous.
No choice now, my item is there at their mercy, no high hopes too that it will be done properly, if it is ever being done.
Came here first time deceived by the high rating review. Proceed with care for unsuspecting visitors. Zero professionalism.

Item collected and workmanship acceptable for a reasonable price. I give 4-star for workmanship and 2-star for the service recovery; an overall 3-star (up from earlier 1-star).
