Dr Zhang is experienced and meticulous. At each consultation or review, he takes his time to share the process he will take to improve your skin health in addition to the aesthetics treatments. The team is professional and assuring while you are being treated. Overall, you get results and also a pleasant experience at each visit. Highly recommended. It is also such a joy to meet and know all of you at Shiro!

I have been visiting Dr Zhang for the past 5 years. Not only is he a very skillful doctor, I like the fact that he is very patient in explaining treatment options and is never pushy with his recommendations. The ladies at the clinic are ever so helpful and assuring. Highly recommend this clinic!

Had a great first experience at Shiro Clinic to get an acne/cortisone injection. Elise and Shen were both really helpful and welcoming, not pushy to purchase their products or treatments. Dr. Zhang thoroughly explained the injection to me and even went through the pros/cons of my current skincare regimen. Definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and inviting environment, with warm and friendly staff. My primary service provider, Shen, is exceptionally thoughtful and professional, always ensuring I feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Zhang was also very patient in assessing and recommending treatment options. And there is no hard selling, which adds to the overall pleasant experience.
