First time dining in at Shake Shake because I’ve always wanted to give them a try. But honestly for the price paid, the food is SUPER underwhelming. Ordered the Daebak Korean Chicken Set for $21.90 - they did not even include the kimchi and chilli sauce? Corn dogs were plain - expected us to season with sauce ourselves lol. And they tasted dry, bland and just… really, really not nice at all. I only enjoyed the fries, that’s their saving grace. Service was good too, but I will definitely not be coming back for more.

Totally dysfunctional restaurant for dining in. A simple combo corn dog order took over 30mins! Can't even blame the poor staff as they were way understaffed for what doesn't look like a food prep process appropriate for a fast food chain. Legit watched one staff struggle putting fries into an unstable carousel for 3mins. And that was just one of 5 stupid and unnecessary processes that I could spot in 10mins. Food was the saving grace though - fries and seasoning were pretty nice.

Great family place. Was there with my kids, ordered the "wheel" & a bento. Heee, we love snacking. So snacking at the place, why not. Crew friendly, food came hot. Love the sauces. She *crew even help me take a photo of my family upon seeing me taking pictures of my kids, and she took few shots. Thank You. Had a lovely time, cosy place & fun for ya'alls who love finger food & snacks heee

It was my first time having lunch over here. Once you stepped in, I was greeted with a pleasant and cheerful staff. Atmosphere of the place was very chilling. Service was great and helpful. Food is good too.
