I would like to thank your staff Desmond who is from Century Square but at times covers Centrepoint outlet.
Desmond helped me with getting the stain remover D15 by arranging a stock transfer from another outlet to Centrepoint. I don't drive and the other outlets were too far for me to travel to buy the item. I stay in Woodlands .
Desmond also advice me not to get the other yellow n green stain removers as they are more for industrial use n more stronger for using for the HDB bathroom floor .

This shop has been a long-standing & reliable hardware store in the heart of Orchard Road for over 20 years. Although the store isn’t big, it’s impressively well-stocked with everything one might need for general household maintenance & DIY needs.
I’ll never forget how, during the Covid lockdown, the entire shopping centre was eerily dark - except for this store, which remained open as an essential service. That reliability left a deep impression.
Even with the convenience of online shopping these days, I still prefer visiting the store in person. Being able to see & feel the items before making a decision just makes the experience more reassuring & satisfying.
A trusted store that continues to serve the community well.

Updated: this is my to go selffix but the trust is broken after sales person sold me a bulb that is not for oven and said it was. She even said no returns after having given me the wrong recommendation.

Have been coming here for 2 years. They have renovated the store may 2022 and now the isles and products are better displayed.
My 5 stars is for the consistent high service by the pp working here. They know where everything is and willing to help in anyway. They test light bulb before you buy and allow you to swap if for example you change your mind in bulb color. Everything I needed in daily repairs I was able to find here. They have machine here to mix paint color! Such small store but ton of helpful products for keeping your home running!

Today I went to Selfix Centrepoint branch to buy an item. Kasper, the store manager, was very helpful. Although there was no stock in his store, he called VivoCity to reserve the item which was available there. I was delighted with the extra mile service he provided to get me the item I wanted. Recommend this store for its service. Thank you Kasper!

Arrogant, unfriendly staff. Poor selection and very high prices. Also refuse refunds on unopened goods. Won't return to this shop, there are plenty of better DIY stores in Singapore. Save your money.
