They are part of Isetan Scott’s, so some Isetan privilege applies here. My family frequent here as the showroom is cozy and the staff don’t force buy.

My favourite furniture from Scanteak. Good quality finnish and style. Purchased bed and dining table set. Currently great promotion at Isetan Scott's of 10% + 10% rebate for Isetan members. Sales staff is friendly and able to provide best package for your needs.

Mr. Brandon Chai was amazing in his product knowledge and very thorough and patient in explaining about the terms and conditions of the delivery, installation and warranty. We bought a bookcase and are very grateful of his sales support! Thank you! :)

Visited the level 2 and level 4 Scanteak stores, the furniture is really lovely and Don was really really helpful! Upon stepping into the store, he informed me of the current Scanteak promotions and helped me find the furniture pieces matching my desired dimensions. Will surely look for him again when I'm back!

poor after sale service I requested to talk to a different staff, then they just changed the name and replied. So easy to do the job, I think even robot can do better

One of furniture delivered has crack on top. Asked exchange but they brought dirty, dusty old stock without checking it before 2nd delivery. I felt penalized asking for exchange. Terrible customer service. Hard to reach and talk to.
