All is good about the restaurant but maybe not the baked rice. There is little cheese. Price is on the high side for the portion and food quality.

Ordered the bang bang prawn tacos 🌮 after reading the reviews and it’s really good! The taco is lightly crisp and the prawn is really crispy. For Mexican food, the sauces are their main highlight and it’s so good! Photo only featured one but one portion has 2 (I ate 1 before taking the photo). Also, was surprised that the restaurant is halal. It’s not crowded on Sat lunch time likely due to their slightly ‘remote’ location in Paragon basement. Would say it’s a hidden Jem!

My friends and I ate lunch here on a weekday morning (around 10-11am) There was no queue as we were the first customers and the staff allocated us seats quickly. The overall ambience was conducive for conversations and the lighting made the space comfortable for dining. In terms of waiting time, the dishes arrived relatively quickly. We ordered the bang bang shrimp tacos, chicken quesadillas and aglio olio lunch set. All 3 dishes were well prepared, and I enjoyed the tacos a lot. The shrimp was well cooked and warm, while the batter was crispy. All the vegetables paired cohesively and enhanced the overall taste of the dish.

16.08.25 Stumbled upon Sanchos Taqueria while looking for a place to dine for dinner and it turned out to be a great choice! The food was delicious and served quickly, and the service was friendly and attentive. Another huge plus is that it’s Halal certified, which makes it an excellent spot for everyone to enjoy. Definitely not a disappointment, will be coming back again. Highly recommend! 👍👍 Thank you guys!

First time here and the food is amazing! The portion is just right for one person, and I really appreciate the ‘less spicy/no jalapeños’ options 😅. The service is great too, the staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions about the menu. Definitely coming back again for sure!

great service! favourites were the mexican limonada and smashed quesadillla. loaded nachos were also very delicious! my friend’s beef taco was a bit tough and chewy though :/ churros were kurus hahaha but good. wish they played more mexican songs for a more mexican experience.

Great Mexican restaurant to dine in. Service is excellent and hospitable. But limited choices in the menu which is a bit of a downfall. Price is a little bit on the high side considering the available menus are common for a place like this.

First time trying Mexican food, not bad. Weekday lunch set comes with soup and drink. Crispy quesadillas is served hot and chewy, tomato or chilli sauce could be chosen for enchiladas. Both food you could choose chicken or veg or beef(extra cost).

Overall pretty good. Food quality was alright as was the service. Mains were good but loaded nachos for appetiser were a small serving and average quality. Location is excellent. Value for money medium.

Don’t try this restaurant unless you really have to. The food was tasteless and very disappointing. Mexican cuisine is known for being bold, vibrant, and full of contrasting flavors—but sadly, none of that was present here. The dishes lacked depth and authenticity, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Hopefully, the chefs take time to actually taste their food before serving, because this fell far short of expectations.
