I thought I paid for a trustworthy respected brand only to find the bag exposing itself. It started peeling (until which I thought it was leather) & underneath was fabric & not leather!! I was scammed by Selvatore boutique in MBS singapore! I approached them first repair and they didn’t do anything about it. I found it unethical. Beware !

I had an excellent shopping experience with GT at Salvatore Ferragamo Takashimaya. From the moment I walked in, GT was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. I went to the store for check out some item for my friend’s birthday gift. I was served by a staff called GT. She is very friendly and patient. She recommended me few of the leather goods that I can consider. Even though I’m not buying anything but definitely will come back one day because of her good service.

Jean is very efficient n super helpful. She was quick to help us find diff shoes n sizes. It made us want to buy from this store. Service is everything. I would give her service 10 stars. Excellent service and personality. Very affable… good job

I have been to this store for a few years. Though my sa changed but service is also good, especially sheryl. She will adapt and introduce to me designs that i like! Ever patient and friendly and after service was as good. Reminding me of mall promotion as well. Her effort to go the extra mile is commendable! Do look for sheryl !

This is the belt I bought it And poorly made with cheap plastic and it fall off and I found that I will charge to $15 for just glue it or replace buckle $100. This is the service standard of Ferragamo. As you can see this belt buckle with thin layer of glue. Hopefully the company made with better quality next time. I will be my last product buy from this brand.
