The ingredients are fresh, the food is delicious, the environment is wonderful, and the cutlery would be even better. I saw that there was only one waitress, a waitress with short hair, and even though there was only one person, the food was served very quickly, except that she spoke a little hastily, which was understandable, after all, she was the only one. The food is both cheap and delicious, which is really rare in Singapore!

Saizeriya is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a treat. Wide selection of food from the menu that is pocket friendly. Variety ranges from salad to pasta to grills. Ordering and table service was fuss free with friendly and approachable staffs! Have been visiting and will definitely visit again!

I usually have great experiences at this outlet, but unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. I asked a staff member for additional soup and rice, and he initially refused. Later, when I politely tried to get his attention, it was difficult to hear him due to low vocal projection and the noisy environment. Instead of addressing the situation politely, he raised his tone and seemed frustrated, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is key in the food & beverage industry, and I hope the team can ensure staff are patient, communicative, and respectful in all situations. I trust this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future customer experiences.

Spacious place. Good italian food. Waiting time is very fast 👍 Food is great. Staffs were trying to give best service even though lack of staff. Fast and straight forward. Reasonable price. Some menu or set not available due to pandemic measurement. Definitely will come back. Highly recommended! …

Varied menu that caters to many tastes. It's genuinely good food if you're on budget. Considered comfort food from student days. No GST and service charges. Just gotta close one eye when it comes to cleanliness. A significant number of communal utensils and cups you pick up will have some wash residue or scum on them.
